"State Farm has been the best for my family since switching to them, their roadside assistance was very much needed and helpful when my car broke down recently, within an hr, the tow truck arrived, the company was professional and helpful, however, I have to rave on Derrick my State Farm agent, he is so personable and caring, when we talk, he is so kind and informative, he has been such a blessing for myself and I’m very grateful to have him as my agent, thank you so much for everything!!"

"Big shoutout to Jennifer at Matt Patterson State Farm office in Burkburnett. I had a rental car damaged windshield claim I needed taken care of and all I had to do was email her the rental paperwork and she got it all filed right away. Matt and his office staff have always been quick to respond and take care of any insurance needs/issues we have had through the years and that why he has been my insurance agent since 1996.
